Mother Nature must be pissed off with us East coaster because week after week has been nothing but snow storms but that won't stop my show. Not too long ago I was flipping through magazines and I noticed bootie socks being paired with strap sandals. How cute is that!!! I had to put my own spin on it adding this classic sheer top and rouche skirt.
