Fashion fades, style is eternal
I think that's one of the most quoted sayings on the blogosphere said by the GREAT and inspirational Yves Saint Laurent. I love watching documentarys just to get insight on who people were in their private lives when no one else was watching. A few years ago I happened to have caught "Yves Saint Laurent: His Life and Times" and became completely captivated by his genius.
In 2012 creative director of the brand Heidi Silmane decided to drop the Yves off Yves Saint Laurent which caused a complete uproar in the fashion community. While the YSL logo is still intact there is no Saint Laurent without the iconic Yves. If it ain't broke don't fix it and It Ain't Laurent Without Yves.
