I'm sure many of you FB's (fashion bloggers) out there have see this doc ten times over but for me I just got around to it. You get in debt look at Vogue's Editor and Chief Anna Wintour as she dictates whats in and whats out, whats been done, and where fashion is headed. Designers practically need Anna's approval before their collections hit the runway whether its about adding color or scraping a dress Anna's opinion is the only one that matters.  Many people describe Ms. Wintour as an ice queen or dragon lady but I feel she knows what she wants in her magazine and no one can dispute that because look at the success of Vogue and its September issues.

 I was captivated by Anna and Grace Coddington's relationship. Grace is the magazines creative director. She has an eye for glamour and beauty like I've never seen before. Grace has over 40 years of editorial experience. She was model throughout the 60's, than began went on to work at British Vogue, after that American Vogue. While plenty other editors keep quiet and do all they can to get a nod from Anna, Grace isn't afraid to push, pull, and fight for her vision even if its goes against Anna. You see that its Grace's work that we droll over month after month while slipping through our Vouge's. The women is brillant and Anna knows a lot of that magic Vouge dust would not happen without Grace.
